Fortunately, certain TLD's are still expiring and being deleted as unaffected by the recent changes. For example, the domain name ADULTCOMMUNITY.COM expired and someone has a Back-Order on it with Snapnames. Do a WHOIS search, and whatever else is necessary to find who the owner of the domain name is. In this example, the WHOIS record was helpful. Next, send an email to the contacts you find. Something like this: EMAIL Someone has placed a back-order on your domain name with a company called SnapNames. This means it will cost them $69 to buy your domain name from SnapNames when the domain name is deleted and becomes available.
