these web templates are here for your free use. we used to sell these, but they are now free of charge. our web templates can not be sold any where with out our permission i.e. your site, ebay, we forbid anyone burning our templates on to cd rom. all template psd files are kept and sent to a independent agent for proof of creation date etc.
failure to abide by these terms and conditions will result in legal action being taken against you or your company or any one else assisting you in violating these terms.
we will ask you to remove the offending templates once with in 48 hrs if after this time the templates are not removed from your site/auction legal action will be taken.
please accept my apology for the wording of these terms they may seem a little harsh but we have no other option due to rampant theft and down right dishonesty.
