it has been brought to our attention this evening (may 21, 2003) that someone has downloaded templates from another website (stolen), changed the headers to say jswwebdesign (our headers) and claiming they received the templates from us so they do not get in trouble with the law! they are also reselling the templates with resell rights. this is highly illegal and we not only want to stop people from illegally selling our template files, we want to protect the legal rights of others work as well! 

we immediately reported this auction to ebay the only templates we have sold have been designed by buyourtemplates.com, and the ones found on ebay that someone is claiming to have been designed by us have not!

it has been brought to our attention that we have some dishonest customers, who have downloaded our product in the past, changed the headers in our template files and are currently selling them with resell rights on ebay. this is highly illegal and will not be tolerated by buyourtemplates.com! 

we have never offered resell rights or give away rights on any of the templates that we sell. therefore, if you have purchased from someone on ebay claiming that you have resell rights - you do not! buyourtemplates.com designed these template files for those individuals or small businesses looking for a website design that wouldn't break the bank, yet still have a nice, professional appearing site. we packaged the templates together for a small fee, because we wanted to give each individual or business the opportunity to choose which one they would like to use. we did not design them only to be stolen and resold.

because of this, the new collection of template files that we have been creating will be launched individually and no longer a complete package of 100's of files. we apologize for those that will have to pay a higher price, but because of the criminals out there we must protect our work and buyourtemplates.com made it too easy and tempting for others to steal our product! 

we have made the decision to offer a master reseller package of our own using a collection of templates from our site that have been designed solely by buyourtemplates.com. all of the templates designed by buyourtemplates.com are still viewable and you can visit the categories to the right!
