optin lightning has a built in 60 character autowrap feature. this can be easily altered to 90 or 50 characters, it's totally up to you. as some email clients will start to scroll, optin lightning is "dummy proof", so all the messages you send will automatically be properly formatted. no other script in the world i'm aware of does this! manual unsubscribe feature if someone wants off the list and forgets to remove themselves, you can enter any email address in the remove box in the admin panel, and the prospect will be instantly removed, and the entire mysql database automatically updated. also, the rsd code will update to reflect one less subscriber. you can also personalize the unsubscribe emails a.k.a. departing message as illustrated in the demo panel. this way, no matter how they unsubscribed, whether they did it themselves or you did it, they'll receive their departing message automatically. rsd (remote subscribe display) code rsd code is just java script code you can paste anywhere on your site that lets visitors know *exactly* how many optin subscribers you have. you can always get an updated number by refreshing the page it's on. here's sample rsd code below for the list i run. if for example, you came back tomorrow and refreshed the page, you would see the number below change. we didn't just create this feature for kicks. there are two reasons to have this code. the first reason is, as your list builds, you can do ezine swaps with owners of lists about your size or people you know. the other is to scientifically test your mailings. when you mail out information to your list members, you want to know how many unsubscribers you have and how many you lose after a mailing. this is a super way to test what content your subscribers love and what they hate, so you don't ever send out distasteful information again. rsd is a feature i love. i love booting up the computer and watching that number grow on my list each day. it's nice knowing i can mail information to more and more of them. easy to use demo panel check out the demo panel before you read about the added features!
