what is the most important strength (or weakness) you have?
what are the ingredients that make up your personality?
inner strength (or the lack of it) is a big part of who you are. mental states like self-esteem, courage, determination, and all of the other states play a large part in your inner strength (or lack of it).
but mental states are more than mental states, aren't they?
yes. they are facets of your personality: your list of personality traits; your assets and deficits. they are, to a large extent, how you live your life. imagine boosting your ambition to get you going and then enhancing your endurance to keep you going; towards the goal of your choice.
we all want to feel more secure and have more inner strength, do we not? i bet you agree that "enhancing your inner strength" means "a better life" and that inner strength is the most important strength you have. it's the way that you can "own who you are."
on the other hand, you don't want to be taken advantage of, or be ripped off, or have your time wasted.

one of the most amazing promises i make is that "i can help you to significantly improve more than a hundred facets of your personality."
- how is this possible? how can i deliver on my promise?
all of the mental states you experience (also called meta-states), have two major components: feeling and meaning. without going into a lengthy left-brain, right-brain explanation, all of your states, without exception, invoke feeling in the emotional part of you and have meaning for the cognitive part of you.
for example, self-esteem can invoke a positive feeling if you have high self-esteem and a negative feeling if you have low self-esteem.
most psychologist agree that self-esteem is your understanding of your self-worth. aside from skills that enable you to do what you do–you have value just being human.
