biography
i have been in the fitness industry for 15 years. i embarked on weight training at an unhealthy 90 pounds to correct an eating disorder, which i successfully overcame. as others in the gym began noticing my body taking shape and form, many let me tag along to their training, introducing me to more equipment and different techniques. after a year or so of steady training it was suggested that i compete in a local bodybuilding contest. i told them "no", that i would never do that. i was persuaded to attend a local contest to see what it was really about, and from there i was hooked.
from that day on i had it in my head that i was going to be on the competitive bodybuilding stage and win a trophy. it took me a couple of tries to even get onstage because i didn't know how to prepare for a contest and no one around would really help, or take me seriously. finally in 1995 i competed in my first bodybuilding competition, placing 4th in the novice light weight. that was a terrific placing, but of course i was not satisfied with that, i wanted first place.
from there i set my sights and goals higher, focusing on first place. i didn't get it the second year, just a 2nd and 3rd, but i did get my first place in 1997, not only that, i won the entire contest. what better way to achieve a goal then to achieve 2 goals at once?
from there i did more bodybuilding contests, receiving more first places and another overall, learning and experimenting along the way. now, after 7 competitive years of female bodybuilding and 15 years of training, i have put together the perfect solution for any of your fitness needs, whether it's general fitness, basic toning and shaping, gaining muscle size, trimming up, weight loss, getting "ripped", and evening getting into contest shape.
i have a background in nursing and i have been a certified personal fitness instructor for 9 years. through extensive studies, organized research, personal experimentation, and a lifestyle change, i have reshaped my body. i'm sure my e-books will be the most thorough information you will come across regarding female fitness.

i just completed my 4th e-book for leg training, killer quads. this remarkable information is straightforward and educational. i reveal the secrets on how i built thick, powerful, hard, and shredded legs, in just under a year, to take overall in the state show, qualifying me for nationals. if you want dependable, structured, easy-to-follow information and guidance for your leg training, check out my latest best-seller by clicking here!
i am in the process of composing my 5th e-book dedicated to those seeking information on fitness and figure competitions. i have brought together some extraordinary ladies who are experts in this field. get inside information, tips, training routines, diets, as well as fitness and figure contest preparation from the specialist. my female fitness guru e-book will be released at the end of the year!
it has also been brought to my attention that the obese community would like a simple guide on quality nutrition control and how to properly do exercises. many obese are very limited in their flexibility and some may suffer from injuries and are not able to do an aerobics class or fancy gym equipment. i have some future sights on an e-book to help those who may be limited and need more of a low-impact variety.
my last bodybuilding contest was in june of 2001, where i took first place in the women's open lightweight division, and reclaimed my former 1997 overall title! since then i took a 2 year break from the competing circuit due to a layoff, moving, and starting my own business, the elite physique, where i can educate the ladies on the sport of fitness, as well as weight loss and general nutrition.
i'm now prepping for a bodybuilding contest in the summer of 2004. i'm eating a clean diet with a good balance of complex carbohydrates, protein, and some essential fat. my training and strength are progressing each week. i'm focusing on basic compound movements for the bulk of my resistance training and incorporating cardio 2-3 times a week.
i'm actively using a stack of multi-vitamins, vitamin c, liquid minerals, creatine, and, glutamine. when i begin to lean up and start cutting, i'll incorporate an ec stack with an added kick.
as some of you are aware, there's no money to be made in the sport of bodybuilding, unless you are a professional. preparing for a contest and competing is taxing on the mind, body, and wallet. therefore, if you would like to sponsor me for the year of 2004, and make it the greatest thus far, please make contributions at paypal, using the e-mail address of msfit11@hotmail.com.
