"how to find a wide variety of gluten- and casein-free products"

dear parents,

if you'd like to find out how you can buy a wide variety of gluten-free and casein-free (gfcf) foods at supermarket prices, if you would you like to get a list of hundreds of gluten- and casein-free foods and have a list of places you can buy these products, then this is an important letter for you to read.

·         would you like to have already made up gfcf chicken nuggets or frozen tv dinners that you can heat up in the microwave quickly?

·         have you been searching for hot dogs and cold cuts that are not only gluten- and casein-free, but corn- and soy-free too?

·         would you like to find out where to find great-tasting gfcf ice cream?

·         have you been looking for m&m-like candies to use for reinforcers?

·         are you interested in finding a gfcf substitute for breadcrumbs that you can use for fried chicken and a variety of other recipes?

·         have you searched high and low for a gfcf whipped cream and been unable to make an acceptable substitute yourself?

if you’ve answered yes to these questions, then you need this new guide to gluten- and casein-free passover foods. here's why:

the gluten- and casein-free passover guide is the only publication available that tells you how, where and when to stock up on an unprecedented variety of gluten- and casein-free foods. but you’ll have to act fast, because many of these products are starting to appear on supermarket shelves already and will only be available for about 4 to 6 weeks. this 144 page book, which features over 800 products by more than 180 manufacturers, will make implementing the gluten- and casein-free diet much easier. click here to order now.

now, i know you're probably skeptical. that's normal. let me give you four good reasons i can back up this claim:

four reasons to believe what i say

reason one: i, nadine gilder, wrote this guide. i am an expert in counseling parents of autistic children on how to implement a gluten- and casein-free diet. i’ve researched this guide for almost a year and actually gone to many supermarkets to see what’s really on the shelves prior to the passover holiday, which is a prime time for shopping and stocking up on these foods, and then again long after passover is gone.

reason two: i am the mother of an 11-year old autistic boy and know from first-hand experience what problems parents face when putting their child on the diet. with this guide, i am sharing with you the sources and foods i use that enable my son alex to enjoy school lunches, birthday parties and even go on vacations to places like disney world and still enjoy his favorite “kid foods.”

reason three: i have successfully taught hundreds of parents, just like you, why the diet it so important, how it works, what benefits you can expect to see, and how quickly you’ll see them. the feedback i’ve received from them has been phenomenal.

reason four: every year i take dozens of parents implementing the diet on passover shopping trips where many of them were able to stock up on gluten- and casein-free foods that are just not available all year round. i’m out there scouting out the new foods that are available, so you don’t have to be. click here to order now

benefits you receive

  • you won't have to wonder if the food you want is available, you'll know.
  • the guide will show you which of the gfcf passover foods are available all year long.
  • you won’t have to stock up on certain items because you’ll know that they can be purchased throughout the year.
  • easy-to-use color charts will let you zero in on a particular food product or manufacturer.
  • comprehensive listings show you what products and brand names are available in hundreds of categories.
  • the guide makes it easy to find what you need.
  • it includes a state-by-state list of distributors of passover food and some of the stores they supply.
  • it lists the names of the manufacturers of these gluten- and casein-free passover foods and where they are located.
  • the internet addresses of web-based supermarkets where passover foods are sold are included for those people who don’t live close to stores that sell passover foods.
  • as an added bonus, those of you that have kids that must also be on a corn- and soy-free diet will be glad to know that all but a small portion of these foods contain no corn or soy. click here to order now.

this guide is the result of feedback i received from my clients who kept asking for a comprehensive guide that would help them take advantage of the wide variety of gluten- and casein-free foods that are available for passover. they were excited about their children being able to enjoy so many of the “everyday kids foods” that they thought would have to be eliminated forever.

as a result, last year i went around to a variety of kosher supermarkets and starting taking inventory of just what gluten- and casein-free foods they actually had on their shelves. i followed this up with a second trip six months later to find out what was still there. i was pleasantly surprised to see that so many gfcf items were still available.

next, i contacted the food manufacturers and found out that many of these products are manufactured kosher for passover all year long. what a valuable nugget of information that was. here i was spending over a thousand dollars stocking up on gluten- and casein-free products because i was afraid they’d run out of them.

don’t get me wrong, the majority of these foods are still only available for the limited period of time just before and just after passover, but a lot of the canned goods, spices, condiments, baking supplies, etc. are available all year long.

the gluten- and casein-free passover guide is divided into several sections. in the product listing section, products are listed by name and followed by a list of all companies that have that particular type of product. for example, under salad dressing you’ll find companies like festive, gefen, haddar, itzkowitz, manischewitz, mother’s, rokeach and many more.

do these names look unfamiliar to you? don’t worry about it. the company listing section of the book lists these brand names, the companies who make them and where they are located.

because you may not be familiar with stores where these foods can be purchased, the store and distributor section of the book tells you which companies distribute kosher for passover foods in your area and some of the stores they sell to.

in spite of this, you may still find it difficult to find a store near you, so we’ve also included the web addresses of a few online supermarkets so you can order kosher for passover foods on the internet. click here to order now.

save money on food purchases

take advantage of the hundreds of hours of research i invested looking for sources of gfcf foods and manufacturers. save hundreds of dollars by buying these foods at supermarket prices instead of the higher prices you'll pay in health food stores and some mail-order sources. increase the variety of foods that are available for your child, including ready-to-eat frozen (tv) dinners. these are particularly helpful when you're fried at the end of a hectic day and your child has no patience to wait for you to cook dinner. just pop these ready-to-eat meals in the microwave and have dinner for your child in less than five minutes.

in summary, here's what you get:

you get a comprehensive guide to gluten- and casein-free foods that are available only once a year, around passover time. it includes easy color reference charts, lists of products by category, manufacturers and distributors of the products, a nation-wide list of distributors that offer these foods for sale and a list of internet supermarkets that make it easy for you to order these products on-line.
