would you like to
see a change like this:
in
your mirror....
in just 2 months?
are you stuck just a few pounds of
fat away from looking the way you've always wanted?
you work out regularly, feel
like you watch what you eat, but you just can't get rid of that soft
midsection...
you've tried so many
"weight loss programs" and "fat loss workouts"
promising that you would lose weight fast that you're just ready to give
up?
no matter what you do, you just
can't lose those last
10 pounds.
well... neither could i, until very
recently.
when most people see the first picture by
itself, they
usually ask if that's my "after" photo (no, really!). call me picky, but i was
not happy with the way i looked there, although i suppose lots of
people might be. the second picture usually knocks them on their butt,
especially if it's someone who's known me for a while.
i guess i looked "ok", but i wanted
to look like those guys who play action heroes in the movies with no shirt
on. and not the guys my age either (which is 42 by the way), but
like those young guys in their 20's.
the pictures you see here were taken just 9
weeks apart.
it only took 2 months for fat loss of 13% body fat down
to 9% and during that time not only did i not lose strength, but my strength
increased! (in one week, my deadlift increased from a 3 rep max of
230lbs to a 5 rep max of 260lbs!).
if you've
ever done any kind of dieting, you know that the lower your body fat
drops, the harder your body tries to hold on to that fat, making it more
and more difficult to continue fat loss while holding on to muscle.
you work out. you watch what you eat. and still your
body's not where you know it can be. tight. cut. lean.
it
seems like no matter how hard you work out or how little you eat, you end
up losing more muscle than fat. an unacceptable compromise, but it won't
happen if you know how to keep your body from adapting.
i can help you
figure out what is the best way to lose fat for you... not your
neighbor or your best friend. everyone is different, and the diet that
works for one person may not work for another.
the trick is, you need to know what the best way is for
your particular body to lose fat . . . and i can help.
there are so many conflicting theories out
there
for fast weight loss, and the information can become overwhelming. just
what are those exercises to lose weight quickly and keep it off? how the heck are you
supposed to eat? how much should you eat (here's a secret: you may
be eating too little!)
don't lose hope, because help is at hand.
i've written an ebook detailing exactly how i got from the first picture
to the second one in just
2
months. it's written in plain english, and is
less
than 60 easy to read pages without
a lot of extra "fluff". who the heck has time to wade through a
500 page book anyway?
let me know if this sounds familiar to you:
"i spent about 15 years trying to get
into shape, without much success. i'd buy a gym membership, go work out
for a couple of weeks, then either lose interest, hurt myself, or
both.
i tried all kinds of diets, many of which
were hard to follow for any length of time. so i just muddled along, never
satisfied with how i looked, but telling myself: 'hey, i don't look so bad
compared to everybody else'."
yup, that was me.
until i found the key.
this book has been written by someone who
had tried to get in shape for years. not a doctor or fitness guru,
but a regular person, just like you. it cuts through all the clutter and
will help you to find what works for you. i unveil the information
that takes away the confusion, and give you the necessary facts to help
you obtain your dream body, and to keep it.

i want you to do me a
favor... as
you visit other diet, weight loss, and get-in-shape websites, notice
how few of them have a photo of the author
wearing clothes that reveals how their body looks as a result
of following their own advice.
don't be fooled by
pictures of extremely fit models whose current physical condition has nothing
to do with the author's program. |
here is just some of the information
you will find in my book:
-
continual fat loss: how
you can keep your body from adapting.
-
setting your goals. how do you figure
out what's realistic?
-
the best exercises to lose weight quickly.
-
what kind of results to expect in what
timeframe.
-
determining your baseline.
-
figuring out what to eat.
-
learning how much to eat.
-
will you be constantly hungry?
-
will you ever get to eat
"goodies"?
-
the absolutely critical thing that most
people never do.
-
how to keep yourself absolutely on
track.
-
what kind of workouts you should be
doing.
-
how often to work out.
if you order now,
in addition to the ebook you will also get:
members-only
message board where i will answer your questions, help you with your
progress, and
where you can discuss the techniques in the book with others.
a custom spreadsheet i've developed for tracking your
overall weight and body fat loss
progress
with just two easy measurements
done once a week.

i've let a few select people have a look at
an early partial draft, and the response has been awesome:
"bravo! it's a page turner... can't
put it down!. can't wait for the next installment...thanks for the great
info and insights."

"the beauty of your program... is that it's a hybrid of so many different *great* routines, not to mention a very solid diet..."
tyler23 |
"...the way you talk is down to earth and the fact that you are specifically talking about "stubborn fat" and you have done it speaks for itself. i don't know anyone that has trouble losing weight when they begin a diet, as you said, it's the "last 10 lbs" that's the toughest.
you hit on all the important points of what really works and your style is very conversational. i was actually sad when i got to the end of it because i wanted to read more."
